It’s all in the details - Franco always includes a bright surprise within his designs. Often he will opt for unique buttons from Bergamo, Italy, and recycled piping from Japan.
“I create unique, statement-making pieces with an artisanal quality – my customer don’t want their clothes to look like everyone else’s.
I love the feel of Italian linens, Japanese Denim or beautifully printed cotton, an easy style trousers and crumpled jackets come in boiled wools or jacquard silks, jewel-like tones of garnet and sapphire painstakingly embroidered.
They’re rich but not flashy. There is an ambiguity to my customer’s sexuality; they celebrate their spirit. My style is masculine, sartorial, colorful, and playful.”
